The NACOG Wellness Program is run in partnership with our benefits manager, GILSBAR, and is available to all benefit-eligible NACOG employees.  You don't have to sign up or pay anything to access these tools to help you achieve the best you!

All covered employees are encouraged to create a personal account at From there, you can access the Wellness site where you will find a variety of tools and tips, including:

  • Personalized Health Assessments 
    to help you identify and address health and wellness issues
  • Personal Coaching 
    on a variety of health topics
  • Wellness Webinars
  • Food and Acitivity Logs
  • Workout Plans
  • Diet Plans
  • And More!

The Live Well, Be Well program is more than just a website.  We also:

  • Sponsor Team Activity Challenges throughout the year;
  • Encourage participation in community events;
  • Share tips and successes; and
  • Work to foster a culture of physical, mental, and social health.

All employees who actively participate will receive Wellness Bucks for engaging in program activities.  At the end of the year, Wellness Bucks can be redeemed for merchandise or reimbursement.Employees must be employed at year's end to receive reimbursement or merchandise.
